For 36 weeks gestation and beyond, to support with birth preparation, breech/optimal positioning and gentle labour encouragement. In this appointment, we will explore potential imbalances in the body that could act as barriers toward a smooth birthing experience and use various modalities (acupuncture, moxibustion, cupping, magnets, acupressure, eastern nutrition, gentle herbs/teas, homeopathy, exercises, etc.) to bring the body back into balance and prepare for labour, naturally. This may include helping to soften/ripen the cervix, supporting baby into a better position for birth, naturally boosting beneficial hormones, easing any stress, anxiety or physical discomfort, and gently encouraging the natural progression of labour when safe to do so.

This appointment is for new clients only. If you are an existing client, please book a late pregnancy follow-up appointment once you've reached 36 weeks gestation.
